Your Choice. Your Voice.

Did you know your favourite flavours could be at risk?

The Tobacco and Vapes Bill, currently progressing through Parliament, is one of the most consequential pieces of legislation in the history of vaping.

While the Bill includes measures the Government says are designed to tackle youth access to vaping – an objective the UKVIA fully supports – it would also give ministers sweeping powers to introduce restrictions on flavours, packaging and product display.

These powers could open the door to bans or limitations that not only have a major impact on adult vapers, but make it harder for smokers to switch to a less harmful alternative.

That is why, as part of VApril, we are urging vapers to speak up for the choices that helped them become smoke-free and make their voices heard at this critical moment for the future of vaping.

Your voice matters – so how can you get involved?
